In accordance with the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors consists of a minimum of two and a maximum of seven members elected at the Annual General Meeting for a term ending at the following AGM. The Board of Visuray PLC consists of five directors.

35 years in E&P and Service sector with 29 years of SLB in Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Research, Engineering, & General Management at Vice President level. More recently Transit Energy, Dolphin Drilling, Promethean Decommissioning, and Molecular Energy.
A founding partner of Tempest Legal Services, and partner at Monaco-based portfolio management company Penta Advisory SAM. Previously served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Finance & Economy of the Principality of Monaco.
Presently an affiliate partner at PE firm Lindsay Goldberg. Previously President, CEO, and Chairman of Axeon. 40 years in the downstream oil & gas industry, having held senior executive positions at Exxon Mobil, Hess, and Tesoro.
Previously served as Managing Director, and Head of Energy at UBS Investment Bank - Global Industrials Group, Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities - Natural Resource Group and Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank - Global Energy Group.
Functioned in numerous senior executive positions at Hess, Bennu, and as Chief Operating Officer of Energy XXI. 39 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas sector.
CEO of Visuray from 2011 to 2023. Spent his career in various executive positions at Western-Geco, Telecoms, SEMA, SLB. Experience in Research, Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, MANDA, Business Development & General Management.
Previously at SedcoForex, Western-Geco Electromagnetics, and Schlumberger Oilfield Services. 23 years with Schlumberger, at various UK and US financial positions in financial control, treasury, M&A, financial integration, and fiscal/legal accounting.
Founder of Visuray with 30 years experience in Engineering design, Product development, and Technology leadership in the offshore oil service industry. Project experience with Equinor, ExxonMobil, Norsk Hydro, BNFL, and AMEC.
Previously at Direct Conversion, after a decade within the X-ray detector industry, he held roles as CEO, and CFO. Contributed to the commercialization of photon counting as the world’s first in the 2010s, and a sale to X-ray component leader Varex Imaging.

Visuray PLC is a Maltese company registered under company registration number C52031. Its shares are not listed on any stock exchange but are freely tradeable and transferable with the Clearstream Frankfurt platform.
